Topic: CBB 3/3 - 3/9
This will just be regular season games. I'll have an update posted later regarding the conference tournaments starting this week.
Monday
Pittsburgh at W. Virginia - Bubble game in the Big East. Both teams should make the tournament if everything falls the right way, but this will definitely affect seeding.
Tuesday
Purdue at Ohio St. - The bubble is beginning to burst for OSU, while Purdue can stay on pace and to clinch the top seed in the conference tournament.
Miami (OH) at Kent St. - KSU is teetering on the bubble of an at-large bid in the event that they don't win the conference tournament and they still may not have the top seed in the MAC unless they win out.
UNLV at New Mexico - Both teams are on the bubble for an at-large, though UNLV is closer to the right side when compared to New Mexico due to a better strength of schedule.
Wednesday
Texas A&M at Baylor - A month ago both teams would have been solidly in the field. Now both teams could use another win plus a solid showing in the Big 12 tournament
Tennessee at Florida - Florida is like their partner from last year's championship game, Ohio St. They don't have a major win and they've puffed themselves up on thin wins.
Thursday
Xavier at St. Joseph's - There's a very real chance that the A-10 may not send another team unless Xavier doesn't win the conference tournament in Atlantic City.
Stanford at UCLA -The winner will be the PAC-10 champion and likely a No. 2 seed in the NCAA tournament
Saturday
Louisville at Georgetown - Big East championship at stake
UAB at Memphis - Memphis has clinched C-USA outright and has a chance to go undefeated in conference play. UAB gave them a scare earlier this month and could do it again.
St. Joseph's at Dayton - The bubble in the A-10 is growing with these two teams plus Rhode Island and UMass sitting on it. Something is going to give.
UNC at Duke - Winner gets the ACC and possibly a No.1 seed if they win out.
Sunday
Kent St. at Akron - Winner could come out of this one as the winner of the MAC. This means something to both teams, but more to KSU because of their at-large chances.
